 SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:
Production Time- All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will be sent to our production partners for fulfillment. Production typically takes between 2-7 business days.
Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been sent to production, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Shipping:
Shipping Time- After production, orders will be shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times range from 3-14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Returns & Exchanges:
Eligibility: As our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
Defective/Wrong Product: If you receive a defective product or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Provide photos of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that are personalized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

Refund:
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing original packaging, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a claim.

Customs & Import Taxes
International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
